Who we are
Mike
A graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and Royal Military College of Science Mike specialises in building, training and leading bid teams. He ran the Group SRCL and ERS Medical bidding effort before leading the operational growth of HealthBid. As HealthBid acquired new businesses and became Bidding Limited, he became the Group COO and led on harmonisation.
Mike’s passion is people and the values, solutions and confidence that can be generated through servant leadership. He also knows his way around a great bid.
Tom
A graduate of Leeds University and the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme, Tom has a detailed knowledge of the health sector. As Managing Director of HealthBid he led the development of the business from an idea at the kitchen table to a team that won billions of pounds worth of work. He has a passion for people – building teams, making them as effective as possible, and delivering business goals.
Tom has lived experience of building a business where a key tenet for success was a highly effective and trusted culture. His team of teams approach to integrating operations and sales teams has led to teams that not only worked efficiently, but enjoyed their work.
